Acceptance of the terms and conditions is taken to be given when you purchase from Braille Signs online so please read them carefully before ordering.

The website ‘’ is owned and operated by Braille Signs Audio Visual Accessibility Solutions Limited, trading as ‘Braille Signs’. We are a company registered in Ireland (company number 476603) and our address for correspondence is: 18 Killenard Lodge, Killenard, Co.Laois, Ireland.

In these Terms & Conditions ‘We’ , ‘Us’ and ‘Our’ refers to Braille Signs , ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to the person using the website

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website. Your use of the Braille Signs website after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

Acceptance of Order:

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.


  • Product Description:

While we have done our best to accurately portray the signs we sell, some colours may vary slightly due to the nature of viewing over the computer. Colour references are available if required.

  • Problems filling your order:

If we are unable to dispatch your goods within the normal time stated either because the item is not in stock, or for any other reason, we will always endeavour to let you know as soon as possible of the delay. We will give you the choice of cancelling your order, amending it, or waiting for the items you ordered to come into stock.

Correct Details Entered:

It is your responsibility to ensure all details entered are correct. This especially applies to quantities ordered and addresses provided. If an address is incorrectly entered and your goods are signed for by another party at that address Braille Signs cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

We will normally dispatch your order within 1-3 working days Delivery schedule and charges are shown in the Delivery page. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will see if we can arrange delivery.


Returns are at the discretion of Braille Signs. Contact us within 24hrs of receipt of goods if you need to make a return. In the case of a return being accepted you will need a return number from us and will need to reference that when sending your goods back. All costs associated with a return will be for your cost except for in the case where a mistake has been made by us. Goods should in the same condition and packaged to the same standard as when received.

Complaints procedure: 
We aim to respond to complaints within five working days. Please email us at or call us on +353 (0)57 864 7287. If we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will tell you how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
